What Cratelog does
Cratelog helps you track third-party special-edition book box subscriptions (FairyLoot, Illumicrate, OwlCrate, The Broken Binding, Goldsboro and more): renewal and skip deadlines, how many skips you have left, spending, and your personal collection. You manage the real subscriptions on each box’s own website — Cratelog does not charge, fulfil, or manage subscriptions on your behalf.

How do I skip a box?
Cratelog reminds you before each skip deadline, but the skip itself is always done on the box’s own website or by email. Cratelog only tracks your counters and deadlines.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention obligations. You can also email us to request deletion.
I found a missing box or a wrong skip policy.
Email us the details and we’ll update the catalogue.
Sign-in or notification issues
Make sure you’re using the latest version. If problems persist, email us and briefly describe the issue, include your device model and operating system version, and add screenshots if possible.
