- Search by ISBN now finds books in your catalog. Typing a full ISBN number could previously come up empty even when we already had the book — now it matches our catalog directly and shows the verified entry first.
- Adding a book that's already in our catalog no longer creates a duplicate behind the scenes.

What’s new
Cratelog is a living app. Here’s what has changed recently.
- Added — Brand logos across the app: many more boxes now show their real logo wherever a box appears, with a clean lettered badge as a fallback when a logo isn't available.
- Added — Shared reveals for tiered boxes: boxes that share the same monthly book now show the same reveal, and reveal cards now state the box's schedule (monthly/quarterly) in the header.
- Added — Tidier Settings: reorganized into four clearer sections, with a link to our Instagram.
- Added — Request a box: you can now ask us to add a box via a new 'Service requests' option in My submissions.
- Fixed — Boxes that don't allow skipping (like FairyLoot's quarterly book-only plans) now show correct no-skip details.
- Fixed — Broken Binding: clearer skip-timing guidance (bill a month ahead) and a corrected skip deadline for the Sci-Fi & Fantasy plan.
- Fixed — The skip card now reads 'Adjust skips' and drops the confusing gold 'N in a row' pill.
- Book box logos that sometimes showed as blank white squares on Android now display correctly.
- Content at the bottom of several screens no longer slips behind the Android system navigation bar.
- Smoother Android navigation: the white flashes when opening pages and pop-up sheets are gone, and page transitions are quicker.
- On a sale's detail screen the bottom text is no longer cut off, and the loading placeholders on the Sales & Drops list are now evenly spaced.
- New: one skip-history view for every box. Entering your past skips now uses the same clean 24-month month grid no matter which box you're on, and it respects each box's skip rules — so the cap and counting match how that box actually works.
- On the Sales & Drops list, the "Show/Hide ended" toggle now reads clearly as Show or Hide.
- Submitting a sale is tidier: the Box field is now a clearly bordered picker, and a redundant status line was removed.
- Submit a sale or drop. Spotted a sale we're missing? You can now submit it yourself. Your submissions — both themes and sales — live in one unified "My submissions" hub.
- Fixed a crash that could happen when picking a date that fell outside the picker's allowed range.
- You can now set on-device reminders for window sales, right from the sale's detail screen.
- The "When" card on window sales now matches the look of the slot start card for a more consistent read.
- Sale detail pages now show an announcement link button, and reminders moved into the schedule where they belong.
- Sale summaries now headline the earliest release wave, so you see the soonest date that matters to you.
- Sales now show a real status from their schedule — no more "Date TBA" on sales that actually have dates.
- Combo subscriptions show every theme. If your box bundles multiple lines (e.g. FairyLoot YA + Adult + Romantasy), "This month's box" now shows all of their themes instead of just one.
- Sales with regional release waves now show "Your start," the full schedule, and a remind button for each slot.
- Groundwork for regional sale release waves, including per-slot reminders.
- Fixed skip policies for several indie boxes that were incorrectly showing "unlimited skips."
- Better live/ended status for instant drops versus time-boxed sales.
- Sale detail now shows the time in the "When" card and drops a duplicate tag.
- Sales & Drops now show an audience tag so you can tell subscriber-only sales from ones open to everyone.
- The dashboard Expenses card now breaks spending down into clean per-currency rows, and the skip pill label is trimmed for a tidier look.
- Three new boxes: Page & Wick (UK), Bookish & Spice (AU — our first Australian box), and Everheart (UK). Add and track them like any other.
- New box: Bewitched Pages. You can now add and track Bewitched Pages — a UK backlist fantasy & romance subscription — alongside your other boxes.
- Long subscription and plan names now show in full across lists, headers, and the detail screen instead of being cut off — and a header that could slip under the status bar on some screens is fixed.
- New box: Midnight Whispers. Add and track all three of its subscriptions — Midnight Whispers, Roses & Thorns, and Phoenix.
- Adding a subscription now uses a proper date picker for your next billing date, skip-history buttons no longer get clipped on narrow screens, and a few smaller glitches are fixed.
- A fresh new app icon and Cratelog wordmark.
- Reporting a new release is simpler — just share the link and the month, the theme is optional.
- The "This month's box" card now shows the real book reveal when a box announces a specific title — cover, title, author, and a link to the announcement — with a swipeable layout for boxes that reveal several titles or both a theme and a book.
- Redesigned the "This month's box" card with a cleaner theme reveal, plus a tidy "hidden until announced" state for boxes that haven't revealed yet.
- Box brand logos now appear everywhere a box shows up, with a clean colored-initials fallback when a brand has no logo.
- We've polished the app's name to Cratelog throughout, and the logo now appears at the bottom of Settings.
- Privacy Policy and Terms now show a tappable support@cratelog.club contact — reach us in one tap.
- New onboarding screens explain how skips work — every box has its own rules, we track your remaining skips and deadline, and you always make the skip yourself.
- A friendly note that Cratelog is an early, living app: your bug reports and release submissions help keep everyone's data accurate.
- Added a Send feedback option in Settings → Support, so you can email us your thoughts or report a bug in one tap.
- Get a heads-up the day before a sale you're watching begins, so you don't miss limited drops and warehouse sales.
- New Sales section — browse upcoming one-time drops and warehouse sales, open a sale's page, and tap to watch the ones you care about, all in a clean, polished layout.
- Fixed skip deadline reminders so they reliably arrive before your skip window closes.
- Record your past skips when setting up a subscription, and correct your skip count anytime with an easy month-by-month picker, so your remaining skips stay accurate.
- See exactly when your skips refill or reset, based on each subscription's own policy.
- Refined the reading status picker on the book screen and moved your rating up top for quicker access.
- Add a book's ISBN and page count when editing, and scan a barcode right from the add-book search.
- Scan a book's barcode to add it to your collection — there's a scan button beside Library search and on the empty collection screen, with a redesigned scanning flow.
- Import your library from Goodreads — export your Goodreads CSV and bring all your books into your collection in one go, with automatic duplicate detection so you don't double up and cover art looked up for you.
- Track your reading on every book — mark it as To Read, Reading, Read, or Did Not Finish, and log your progress page by page with a dated reading timeline.
- Rate your books 1–5 stars straight from the book screen.
- Sort your library by recently added, title, author, or rating, and switch between list and grid views.
- Redesigned the book detail screen — cover, edition details, shelves, reading progress, and your rating all in one cleaner layout.
- Library cards now show star ratings and reading status at a glance.
- Fixed: the new-release report form now scrolls, so the keyboard no longer hides what you're typing.
- New collection stats — see totals and insights about your collection at a glance.
- Spotted a new release before we did? You can now submit it straight from a subscription.
